Utah Water Heaters Now, LLC warrants its installation labor and parts for its workmanship around the water heater against defects resulting from its work for a period equal to the applicable water heater manufacturer’s original limited tank warranty period, beginning on the installation date. Expansion tanks are excluded from this extended workmanship and parts coverage and are subject to their own applicable warranty terms.
For a failure of a component within the water heater covered by the manufacturer’s applicable parts warranty, Utah Water Heaters Now, LLC will provide labor to replace the covered component at no charge during the first year following installation. After the first year, a $199 labor charge applies per qualifying warranty service visit. Replacement components are provided under the manufacturer’s warranty only to the extent covered by that warranty, including its duration, conditions, and exclusions.
This limited warranty applies to the original installation and covers qualifying defects under normal use. It does not cover damage or failures caused by misuse, neglect, freezing, water quality, excessive pressure, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or other conditions unrelated to our installation workmanship.
