Great experience with Utah Water Heaters Now. Our 16-year-old water heater started leaking, and Matt and Todd were incredibly responsive. They reviewed photos of our setup, answered all my questions by text, gave me a clear all-in price upfront, and never tried to upsell me. I had a water heater fail and needed a replacement fast. When I called, they actually were in the neighborhood with the inventory I needed. I had a new water heater installed within 2 hours of making the call. They were super easy to work and were upfront with pricing. The price I saw online was the price I was quoted. No hidden fees or unnecessary recommendations for extra work. In fact, they even updated some valves and cleared a drain next to the water heater at no additional cost. I highly recommend them!

Amazing service, My old water heater was on the way out and Utah Water Heaters Now really put the "Now" into action and had a new one in quick.

UWHN was EXCELLENT. Very friendly workers, and they came out almost instantly from the time we decided we needed to get a new water heater. The total installation took about an hour, and they were very clean and considerate the entire time. Michael was the best!

Chris, Michael, Todd, and owner Matt are awesome. This is an honest business with integrity. Their prices are provided up front and include everything, and they do a timely, excellent job. From the time I called about a new hot water heater to the time they arrived for the installation was only about 90 minutes. From the first call through the multiple follow-up calls after the job was complete, they were kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. Highly recommend!

These guys are fast, efficient, affordable, and very easy to work with. The entire process start to finish was seamless! They did a great job and less expensive than the other quotes I received. Inheighly recommend them!

My water heater leaked overnight, so I started calling around this morning. Reached Utah Water Heaters Now around 1pm, and they had it handled fast. They tracked down my warranty replacement, picked it up, swapped out the old unit, and hauled it away, all in the same afternoon. Had hot water again before 5pm. They really do live up to the name, because with these guys it's not later, it's Now. 5 stars, easy recommend.

Very nice young men put in my 50 gal gas water heater today. They were efficient and knowledgeable and very up front on the cost. I'm 90 so was surprised at how much things cost these days but very pleased to have hot water once more. I'm telling my friends to call them if they need this service. It pays to get professionals!

Getting a quote was very easy since it is based on the size of the water heater. The tech did not have to come to our house in order to give us a quote. I did send a photo of our existing water heater. Our water heater was leaking, and our replacement was scheduled right away. The techs showed up right on time (a few minutes early), and they were done in about an hour and a half.

After several hours if researching when our water heater died, they came out an hour after calling. They hauled out the old heater which is what we were most worried about. There was no pushy upselling, just listed our options, the cost, and availability. There were absolutely no surprise charges. Their price is to make sure your set up is up to code and that's it. Mike and Chris came out to the house the same day we called about an old water heater. They put down a tarp to keep the area clean and worked efficiently to swap out our older heaters for new high efficiency heater. Price was fair and reasonable and service was top notch. Better than the old one! We loved that Utah Water Heater Now was quick and able to see to us same day. The employees really know their stuff and were able to get the old one out of a really tight utility closet, and the new one in, same capacity. Miracle workers, I tell you!
